Ever seen folks carrying around a gallon jug of water and wonder if you need to be doing the same thing? Well, I did. I drank a gallon of water every day for a month. In this podcast, I talk about my experience – the benefits and drawbacks of drinking a gallon a day – and I discuss the health benefits of being well hydrated.

At the end of the day, making sure you are well hydrated is an easy, low-barrier-of-entry practice that everybody should do, and that you can start today if you are serious about your health.
